What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available on request.

How do I book the villa?

Bookings are handled directly via WhatsApp or phone — no third-party platform needed, so you deal with us directly for any special requests.

What documents are required at check-in?

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all Indian citizens staying at the villa. Foreign nationals need a valid passport along with a valid Indian visa.

Is advance payment required to confirm a booking?

Yes, we collect 25% of the booking amount in advance to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance payable on arrival.

What makes booking Sankara Stays directly easier than going through a hotel booking site?

Sankara Stays is available for direct booking via WhatsApp or phone, which usually means better rates than third-party platforms and more flexibility on dates.

❌ Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before check-in. The advance amount is refunded only if the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in.

What happens if I need to reschedule instead of cancel?

Please contact us at least a week before your scheduled check-in date to reschedule your stay.
